Your experience starts when you request an appointment online or fill out a digital consultation form. 

On the day of your appointment you'll arrive at Salon Lofts in Winter Garden.  When you walk inside you'll find many individual suits. You will find me in number 19. Once your are relaxed and comfortable in my chair we will dive into our consultation. This is one of the most important parts of your visit so you will find that I really like to take my time to discuss the exact right plan and strategy for your hair. This will include what you love about your hair and what you are not currently loving. This is the time to break out those pinterest inspo photos! 

 Once your custom color is applied and processing, i'll have a variety of snacks, drinks, and other amenities available to you. 

We'll conclude our visit by styling your hair and taking a few photos if you are comfortable. I'll show you how to style your hair as I'm styling it so you can re-create the hair you leave with. We will review products and I'll make any at home product recommendations if needed. We will also discuss a maintenance schedule for your hair to keep it looking its best. I cant wait to meet you and get started on your dream hair!

Policies

*I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.

*In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
